I am obsessed with all things sewing: textures of fabrics; creating something beautiful and practical with my own hands; and the joy I get from giving my makes to others. I decided to focus on making bags of all styles and sizes and branded them as Braveri Handmade when my daughter Averi was born in 2014. I mostly support independent pattern designers when choosing fabric and often feature modern Hawaiian style designs. Averi is now old enough to sew alongside me and I hope that she will always fondly remember the days that she and her trying mama spent time together making pretty things.
